The Association of Canadian Choral Communities will be holding an annual general meeting by teleconference on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 7:00 PM EST.
The membership may vote electronically on the motions of the meeting between Thursday, August 4 and Sunday, August 7. The agenda is below. Minutes of the last meeting, motions proposed for this meeting, reports of the President, Executive Director and Treasurer, and financial statements will be circulated with the link for electronic voting on Wednesday, August 3. Members may also request to attend the teleconference by contacting Elizabeth Shannon: accc@choralcanada.org or 416-927-7291 by 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, August 2, 2011.
