The Swingle Singers in Concert
This week on Choral Concert you hear the Swingle Singers. Yes, the same choir that sang all of that swinging Bach back in the 60's... they are still around but they don't just do Bach. Their vocal agility, close to the microphone technique, and their beautiful intonation allow them to do a full range of music. You will hear them doing everything from Manuel de Falla to Sting.
You’ll also hear a wonderful CD featuring the Elmer Iseler Singers doing the music of Poulenc.
